When asked which qualities define their “Best Employee Ever,” Inc. readers had plenty to say. And one word came up more than any other: proactive.
Trustworthiness and reliability tied for a close second. Dedication, enthusiasm, humility, passion and a sense of humor all received high marks, along with being a team player. (Some of you had more specific qualities in mind, like a dedication to bringing donuts.)
